Short but sweet - 3 days walking from Glenthorne
in Grasmere. We had a lot of fun and repeatedly much better weather than was
forecast!

High intermediate walks with Sue staying at
Glenthorne Guest House in Grasmere. The weather was glorious for half of the
time. Big thanks to Hazel and Sylvia for some beautiful and much needed photos!

break with a choice of Intermediate or Slow High walks each day. They explored
the Grasmere and Langdale fells from little Loughrigg to fabulous

A high level weekend in the Lake District
with Sara based at ever popular Glenthorne G/H - tackling Helvellyn in the
mists, followed by a great romp along the Helm Crag ridge...

Some great walking from Grasmere with Anita, on
Helm Crag, Fairfield, and Helvellyn - some of it in glorious sunshine. Anita
corrupted the group with card games in the evening!

A 4-day break exploring the fab intermediate
walks of Great Langdale with Marian. She even found them some Neolithic rock
art in the valley!

Hardly great weather, but high spirits none the less, and women
often achieving more than they imagined.. with Marian & Polly, staying at
the Old Dungeon Ghyll Hotel in Great Langdale.

They couldn't have asked for better weather! Ellie and Marcelle
led some cracking walks at both levels - up to and including Scafell Pike (with
Chardonnay at the top due to a book launch taking place
there)...!!

4 wonderful days with Sally exploring the beautiful gentle
walks around Derwentwater, from lake shore paths to Watendlath, and Castlerigg
Stone Circle. The weather ranged from heavy showers to glorious sunshine and
blue skies... and they even went to the Theatre by the Lake on one
night!

Mixed weather
over Bank Holiday, but this gentle group with Heather P made the most of it
with a lovely selection of walks in Borrowdale and Buttermere.

This first WW break at our new venue in the
Newlands Valley, Littletown Farm, proved a great success. The women the
accommodation (and food) at the farm, the weather was dry and sunny, and Beryl
chose some fabulous walks...

walking with Diane P from the West coast at St Bees to the East coast at Robin
Hoods Bay... A great undertaking - sometimes in very mixed

programme late on. They had some wonderful walks, guided by

Mixed
weather in the Peaks, with snow remaining on the tops from the big snowfall of
early Feb. However there was always the warmth and comfort of Losehill Hall to
return to after walking... and sumptuous puddings too!

finished with wet weather. However had a great time walking with Yvonne - and

views in the Quantock Hills. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed staying at Huntstile
Organic Farm - where the food was delicious...

A wonderful
holiday run by Sheila in Cornwall, staying at the comfortable Chy-an-Albany
Hotel overlooking St Ives. Fabulous coast path walks on both the north and
south coast of the penninsula, and they had superb weather too!
